Well my steering wheel keeps popping up data that never used to be happening where my speedometer is. I can’t make it go away. And I never received a sticker reminding me when I need to return and no more car wash. Much different experience than last time.

Had to have my Silverado towed to your dealership as it was not able to be started. Within a very short time I was called with the estimated repair costs and approved the repair. The repairs were completed the next day after parts were located and I was called and got my truck back. Very professional and courteous staff. This is the only place I will go to for work on my Chevrolet pickup.

Fabulous first servicing appointment. Tires were rotated. Asked a couple of questions about discrepencies, such as why Spotify or Sirus turned off when I touched the cell phone. Apparently these are a couple of quirks still to be worked out. That said, I absolutely love my new car! The first American car I've bought in decades!

Keegan is a very good salesman and kept me informed regarding acquiring truck, installation of “rails” and delivery. He’s also good at getting the money😀💰. Send him to the service department for a few hours for a customer service lesson. A friend of mine who requires a lot of service told me the service flew out of the window when Sean Brown left. He needed a seat belt for a truck they used to work on a lot and called “service” to get it replaced. He was transferred to parts where he went through the wringer. Then called Airport for seatbelt and future repairs. Making customer happy is what service should mean. Recommend service call parts, get parts, and fix simple problem. It’s good for business😀😀🔥🦅🇺🇸🇺🇸

I appreciated the help from the parts department to locate an after market part which GM no longer made. And to reduce the asking price by nearly half. I trust the mechanics to do the job right and also to spot other things on my vintage truck that need attention. If something doesn't work out right TC has always stood behind the job and made it right. Competence and trust are a great combination.

Been in three times and the issue has not been resolved made another appointment for next week. Hopefully the issue will be resolved but this car brand new and the brakes are screeching pretty bad and my brakes are at 37% which my back brakes are at 72 so there’s obviously an issue with the brakes that needs to be resolved. I pay a lot of money for this car For it to start acting up so it’s very upsetting and frustrating that it has not been fixed the first time. Hopefully this next appointment they will resolve the issue.

Sold us a truck with recalls not resolved. When we brought the truck back to resolve the issues parts were not at the dealer. Finance needs to be more engaged and explain the hold policy on cash sales. Sales needs to be more proactive regarding possible issues with vehicles on the lot. Sales misrepresented and miscommunicated the timelines around the fixes for the vehicle.

We understand that times are hard, but we go to you for our oil change because you always check and see what else we may be ready for. Not this time. You started off by immediately asking if we wanted all this other stuff we’ve never been told about before. You were told to check the air filters,which we don’t think you even looked at. Last time we were here, you told us we needed one, which we declined, so we assumed you’d tell us we needed one. Not this time. And this is the first time we didn’t get a car wash. We’ve always enjoyed your service. Not this time. For $100:00, I would have expected more. There will not be a next time!!!

Using the Chevy Build website they had the vehicle that was the closest match to the the vehicle I wanted. Even though I was in a different state and over 450 miles away, they were very helpful in completing the purchase.
