Been in three times and the issue has not been resolved made another appointment for next week. Hopefully the issue will be resolved but this car brand new and the brakes are screeching pretty bad and my brakes are at 37% which my back brakes are at 72 so there’s obviously an issue with the brakes that needs to be resolved. I pay a lot of money for this car For it to start acting up so it’s very upsetting and frustrating that it has not been fixed the first time. Hopefully this next appointment they will resolve the issue.

Sold us a truck with recalls not resolved. When we brought the truck back to resolve the issues parts were not at the dealer. Finance needs to be more engaged and explain the hold policy on cash sales. Sales needs to be more proactive regarding possible issues with vehicles on the lot. Sales misrepresented and miscommunicated the timelines around the fixes for the vehicle.

You have earned my trust and I feel that you value my time. This is why I choose to drive the 80 miles round trip for your service. TC ALWAYS DOES A GREAT JOB AND THE STAFF IS VERY HELPFUL. THEY ARE NOT TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING YOU DONT NEED, THEY MAY OFFER YOU A SERVICE BUT DONT PUSH IT DOWN YOU THROAT LIKE SOME OF THE OTHER DEALERSHIPS. I WOULD RECOMMEND TC OVER ANY DEALERSHIP IN SOUTHERN OREGON.

We understand that times are hard, but we go to you for our oil change because you always check and see what else we may be ready for. Not this time. You started off by immediately asking if we wanted all this other stuff we’ve never been told about before. You were told to check the air filters,which we don’t think you even looked at. Last time we were here, you told us we needed one, which we declined, so we assumed you’d tell us we needed one. Not this time. And this is the first time we didn’t get a car wash. We’ve always enjoyed your service. Not this time. For $100:00, I would have expected more. There will not be a next time!!!

First visit for service for my used 2018 Bolt I purchased there last year. All went smoothly; I do wish that, like in the days of old, I could talk personally to the mechanic who actually serviced my car..

Nothing to complain about.

1st service, oil, tire rotation, DEF fluid and wash. All went well.

Using the Chevy Build website they had the vehicle that was the closest match to the the vehicle I wanted. Even though I was in a different state and over 450 miles away, they were very helpful in completing the purchase. They picked me up at the nearest airport and had everything ready to go when I arrived. I thought they were great to deal with.

I didn’t have my car serviced I bought a new car

Dear TC Chevy Service Team, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the ongoing delay in repairing my vehicle. My vehicle has been under your care for a significant amount of time, and despite multiple contacts, the issue has not been resolved in a timely manner. I brought my vehicle in with the reasonable expectation that a warranty-covered issue would be diagnosed and repaired within an appropriate timeframe. Instead, I have experienced repeated delays, limited communication, and no clear timeline for completion. This has caused substantial inconvenience, particularly as the vehicle is still under warranty and should not be subject to prolonged downtime.

Well - since you ask. We will start with your "service" team. Walk in to drop the car off, no greeting, obviously interrupting their conversation, obviously not a happy group - and they show it. Short, terse statements. Your website shows options, I get only one at the desk - a 30,000 mile routine at 27,000. Well, OK. When the call came that our car was done (a car we bought from you, by the way). Another very terse "your car is ready" I say we will come pick it up soon, he says tersely "credit cards are 3%" In all of this, no thank yous, how you doing, or anything along the pleasantries you expect when you spend almost a thousand dollars somewhere. Picking up the car the service staff isn't in the office. Just a nice lady behind the desk. She calls over the system for them, twice, they never show or answer. She finally collects my money, nicely, and gives me my key and says thank you. She's not the problem. I did ask if you all were still washing the cars you service - she said you were. Well, either you really aren't doing a very good job or you are using dirty water. I got my car washed the next day. I did get a roadside assistance thing...an odd giveaway when you perform routine maintence on someone's car - kind of ominous, kind of funny. Should I expect I am going to need it soon? I'm thinking any Chevy dealer can service my car under its warranty, and it might be time to start looking around. I probably won't because I've done business with TC for decades, and I'm the loyal type...but I would advise you to get some service minded, friendly people in that service office...I have to trust they really got the work done for what I was charged...this doesn't help. Thought you should know.

They did everything I needed.

Wiper problem was more complex than anticipated but they persevered and got it right. The downside for me is that this repair had been done in March of 2025 and did not last. To have to pay $800-900 twice in this time frame is really not acceptable. The original part installed at the factory lasted 20 years. I would hope the replacement would last at least half that.

Everyone at the TC Chevy service department was welcoming as well as professional. I took my 2013 Chevy Traverse to them with a failing transmission. Not only did they replace the transmission and do a few other repairs, but they completely detailed the car both inside and out. The car looks like a new car and runs smoother than ever before! I just bought a 2026 Silverado. There was a rattle noise in the cabin. I brought my car in for a tech to ride with me and confirm the noise. He did confirm and ask that I make an appointment. Drop off the truck and latter was notified that multiple technicians where not able to replicate the issue. That I needed to wait for the tech that confirm to return. This is a new truck with less then 1000 miles. Still waiting on the call back
